If you would like to re-enroll for the autumn semester 2023/24, this your individual fee notification (also a request for payment) with all the necessary data for transferring your fee. If you are already exmatriculated or do not wish to re-enroll for the next semester, please consider this mail as irrelevant.

Re-enrollment takes place by transferring the full amount of the fees to the account of the Studentenwerk Schleswig-Holstein in June. You get all the necessary information in this email. Please follow the instructions given here exactly in order to ensure that your transfer is allocated without any problems.

You can either copy and paste the data listed here into your (online) banking system or use the attached GiroCode. This is accepted by almost all banks in online banking (sometimes under the collective name "photo transfer" or similar terms). It already contains all the data of the transfer, so that you only have to authenticate the transfer at the end, e.g. with a TAN.

The amount stated takes into account exemptions from contributions that have already been made and is otherwise subject to any exemption that may still have to be made (https://www.asta-uni-flensburg.de/en/befreiung) if all requirements for this are met and the application is received by us by 31 May 2023 at the latest.

The regular contribution of € 262.50 is made up of the following components:

Contribution to the state-wide semester ticket: €142.00
Contribution to the regional semester ticket: €36.00
Contribution to the student body: €20.00
Contribution to the social fund: €1.50
Contribution to the Studentenwerk (for information purposes): 63,00 €

If you subsequently have a reason for a refund of your contribution (e.g. semester abroad, exmatriculation, etc.), please contact both the Studentenwerk (for the 63.00 €) and us (for all other contribution components: https://www.asta-uni-flensburg.de/en/beitragserstattung).

Please note that you will have to pay an additional fee of €25.00 if your contribution is not paid into the Studentenwerk account by 30 June 2023 at the latest. This fee is not charged by us, but by the university.
